Other Program Claims:
GRT Insurance works with various platforms for service, support and claims submission: all claims must be filed in a timely manner as described in your Confirmation of Coverage. If property owner/manager or other coverage-holder becomes aware of a loss or incident that occurred that may be covered by your Program:
If you DID receive a mailed or emailed Confirmation of Coverage: Find the Claims Contact telephone number on the first or second page of that document, and Call that number.
If you did NOT receive a Confirmation of Coverage (or cannot locate it): Please call GRT Insurance at (833) 878-5478, Extension 2. We will assist you to begin your claims process.
Claims adjudication is made by Program underwriter-designated third-party Claims Administrator. Neither GRT Insurance nor its platform partners participate in the claims decision-making process. If you have a question about an already-filed claim, please call the Claims Administrator contact telephone number.
